These Terms of Sale are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion, and such changes shall apply to any purchases made after such changes are posted to the Site. Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made only in relation to involuntary withdrawal

Involuntary Withdrawal due to Injury:

Credit for future programs at the academy. For example, Injury sustained during practice or games whilst representing VCFNY.

Involuntary Withdrawal due to relocation:

A Refund of up to 50% will be assessed on a case by case basis for any player having to relocate due to family circumstances.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards plus personal checks and money orders as forms of payment. By submitting an order through our Sites, you authorize Valencia CF Academy NY or its designated payment processor, to charge an account you specify for the purchase amount. All payments are to be made in United States Dollars. When you provide your credit card number, you authorize us to store your credit card number and related payment information. When paying by check/ cash your place is not confirmed in the program until the physical check/ cash has been received and deposited. All online payment transactions are processed securely through VALENCIA CF ACADEMY NY INC on www.valenciacfacademy-NY.com using PayPal or the designated payment gateway on behalf of Valencia CF Academy NY. I agree that I am entering an agreement with Valencia CF Academy NY to provide me with services and understand that Valencia CF Academy NY are handling my secure transaction. My credit card statement will detail the payment transaction through Valencia CF Academy NY INC.

Inclement Weather Policy:

If a session is cancelled by Valencia CF Academy NY due to adverse weather conditions we will do our best to make up lost time. Refunds will no be issued in the case of weather cancellations. Predicting the weather is not a perfect science and we endeavor to make the correct call. In cases of inclement weather, parents should email us at info@valenciacfacademy-NY.com. In the event of light showers all programs will continue as scheduled, providing the playing area is safe. Parents should dress their child appropriately for the weather conditions, as sessions will go ahead regardless of damp weather, providing the coach deems the playing area safe to continue.

Concussion Policies:

Any player who is subject to a heavy collision involving a whiplash movement of the neck, head to head contact, heavy fall or any player who show potential symptoms of concussion will have to be cleared by their medical professional before returning to practice. VCFNY adheres to the concussion protocol laid out by USSF.
