Code of Conduct

Please Note - Playing time or specific position in games, tournaments or League are not open to request. There is a mandatory minimum of 48 hours wait time to speak about any game’s situation; no exceptions. All playing decisions are taken by the technical staff and their word is final.

Players

  • All practices are MANDATORY. Player must participate in at least 90% of the training sessions.
  • Be on time. At least 15 minutes before training starts.
  • All Academy players must wear their training Uniform to each practice.
  • Bring running shoes and cleats to every practice.
  • Wear shin guards and soccer socks. MANDATORY.
  • Warm-up starts exactly at specified training time.
  • Social conversations are discouraged during training – social time is for water breaks, and after practice.
  • At water breaks players will leave and return to the field in a timely manner
  • Injured players are still expected to be at trainings, games, and tournaments unless other arrangements have been made with the coach.
  • If you cannot train due to an injury, players must approach the coach to inform him of said injury/issue
  • Zero tolerance for any players instigating or reacting to confrontations with the game officials, opposition players or staff. Do not speak with anyone but coaching staff.
  • Respect your coach, teammates, and parents.
  • Zero tolerance for any player disrespecting the coaching staff. If you have any questions or concerns please speak with the coach.
  • The coaches are there to support the player on or off the field, players with any issues – playing or social are encouraged to talk to their coach.
  • Attendance will be taken.

  • Players who contravene the code of conduct will be subject to the following warnings
    1. Official Verbal
    2. Official Written
    3. Final warning at meeting with parents
  • You are representing a professional club, your behavior should be exemplary at all times
  • Always check your email to see if there are any changes to any schedule. Our main source of communication is through email/website.
  • NO CELL PHONES/IPODS at trainings, games, team meetings or tournaments. You must wait until dismissed.
  • Be on time! Everyone needs to be at the field 60 minutes before the game starts Be dressed and ready to start warm-ups 45 minutes before the game starts. Warm-ups start 30 minutes before the game. You are not permitted to talk about a game until 48 hours have passed from the end of the game, OR until the next training session.

Parents

  • All practices are MANDATORY.
  • Be on time. At least 15 minutes before training starts.
  • We encourage the players to communicate with their coach, so we would appreciate if you refrain from providing your personal feedback.
  • Parents are not allowed to talk to the coach.
  • Respect other parents and all players.
  • Parents have to be on the opposite sideline from the coach.
  • Zero tolerance - Respect the team players/ staff and the opponent’s team players/ staff.
  • Parents are not allowed to talk to the referee at any time.
  • Only encourage the team, never encourage one specific player.
  • Do not instruct any player, including your son/ daughter.
  • Zero tolerance for any parent found to be insulting to others. If you do, your son/daughter will be expelled from the team. No refund.
  • You are not permitted to talk about a game until 48 hours have passed from the end of the game, OR until the next training session.

  • PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK WITH THE COACH BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER THE GAME. THERE IS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR ANY PARENTS TRYING TO ENGAGE THE COACH ON MATTERS PERTAINING TO THE GAME/PRACTICE.
